What is the current size and stage of the company?
Shengyi was founded in 2026 and is in its early stage. We run a lean team. Resources are focused on core business build-out; non-core functions are supported by external professionals.
Where are you based / is remote work available?
Headquartered in Beitou District, Taipei. Most roles support flexible / hybrid remote work. Some roles can be fully remote depending on the nature of the work and mutual agreement.
Can I apply even if there are no public openings?

What is the salary range?
Depends on role, experience, and area of expertise. We encourage applicants to share expectations upfront so we can align quickly.
Probation / evaluation period?
Standard 3-month probation, during which either party can propose changes at any time. Full labor/health insurance and pension contributions during probation. No salary discount.
Do you accept part-time / freelance arrangements?
Depending on the nature of the project. Certain technical or business development work may suit freelance or collaboration models.
