PBX and handsets
Tecom SDX500 digital PBX
Inbound numbers from the PBX syslog event stream; software 2.4.2.20
- Shows on ring
- No per-seat hardware
- ~97k customer records

What we did with it
SynCall runs in production on a Tecom SDX500: event logging is enabled on the PBX and pointed at our server, and the customer record appears the moment the phone rings. The integrated customer database holds roughly 97,000 records. The site previously relied on a discontinued caller-ID hardware box; moving to a software-only approach removed that dependency, so replacing the PBX no longer means replacing caller ID.
